Return Policy

At Marizoa, we want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our business and to ensure fairness and transparency, we have implemented the following return policy:

Returns

• We accept returns only for items that are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from the product description.
• To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and a detailed explanation.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color choice by the customer (please check our sizing info carefully)
  • Items on clearance or marked as final sale

Return Process

• Email us at marizoa.cs@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
• Our customer support will guide you through the next steps.
• If approved, we will provide a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order if needed.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your item arrived damaged, please provide photos within 7 days of delivery for assessment.
• We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
